PASSAGEM GOLD MINE

It's located in betwen Ouro Preto and Mariana. This mine is the only one open for tourism in Brazil. The tour is made by trolley on a 315 meters ride, reaching 120 meters deep and takes approximately 45 minutes. Nine different gallery levels on a sixteen linear kilometers of extension.

Besides gold, there is copper sulfate, arsenic, pyrite, iron ore and turmanilite. Only 7 kilometers away from Ouro Preto.
